Q. How can I pay?

A. We can accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Solo, Electron etc.

Q. Are payments safe over the internet?

A. Yes, all payments are handled by SagePay using encrypted data by a secured server.

Q. What format do my images need to be in?

A. You can only upload images that have been saved as .JPEGs. The system will not accept other image formats (for example .BMP, .TIF, .EPS, .GIF, .PNG) or documents (Microsoft Word, .PDF).

Q. Why does my image look fuzzy?

A. We recommend your image file to have a resolution of between 640x480 and 1280x960 pixels per inch (ppi) or has a file size of 300kb or larger. Please be aware that the larger the product size is, the better the resolution will need to be. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for poor image quality from uploaded files.

Q. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

A. Yes, but only if the order status has not changed to “Production” or “Shipped”. To check your order status, select “Order History” in the “My Account” menu.

Q. Why won’t the page display properly?

A. In most cases, viewing problems can be fixed by updating your browser software to the latest available version. However, also please ensure that;

Pop ups on your PC are not blocked.

Javascript or active scripting is enabled (this is usually enabled by default).

Q. Why is my image taking a really long time to upload?

A. Upload times will vary depending on two things, file size and internet connection speed, both of which we have no control over.
